Providence Healdsburg Hospital in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist for a per diem, 8-hour day shift. You will prepare patients for radiographic images, operate imaging equipment, and ensure ALARA compliance while supporting department workflows.

Responsibilities include patient transport, room preparation, quality improvement participation, and standby coverage as needed. Relevant licenses and ARRT certification are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• California Radiologic Technologist on hire.
• BLS certification per American Heart Association on hire.
• Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists on hire.
• 1 year of experience in acute care hospital or imaging facility as Radiologic Technologist.
• Fluoroscopy and Venipuncture certificate on hire (preferred).
• 1 year of CT experience on Multi-Sliced scanner 64 or higher (preferred).
• Mammography experience on digital equipment (preferred).
• 2 years of MR experience in hospital or clinic (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for diagnostic radiographic images for use in diagnosis.
• Operate imaging equipment and process CR cassettes.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Follow ALARA procedures when taking images.
• Transport patients to and from the department safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the Departmental quality improvement program as directed.
• Available for standby as required and perform other related duties.
