Providence Healdsburg Hospital in Healdsburg, CA, is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist for a per diem role with 8-hour day shifts. The technologist will assist radiologists, operate imaging equipment, and ensure ALARA compliance while maintaining patient safety and workflow.

Required credentials include CA Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT, and BLS. Prior acute care or imaging facility experience is preferred to support quality care delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Operates imaging equipment, processes CR cassettes, prepares exam rooms, and maintains equipment, supplies and contrast.
• Transports patients to and from the department safely and efficiently; assists in quality improvement activities as directed and standby as required.

Senior Radiology Technologist at Providence Healdsburg Hospital in Healdsburg, CA. This position is Per diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Under the direction of a staff radiologist, prepares patients for diagnostic radiographic images for use in the diagnosis of our patients. Operates imaging equipment, processes CR cassettes, prepares exam rooms, and maintains equipment, supplies and contrast. Images wisely following ALARA department policies. Is able to transports patients to and from the department safely and efficiently. Assists in the Departmental quality improvement program as directed and assigned. Available for standby as required, and performs other related duties as appropriate and assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degreein Radiologic Technology.
• California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
• 1 yearof experience in acute care hospital or imaging facility as a Radiologic Technologist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluoroscopy and Venipuncture certificate upon hire.
• 1 year of CT experience on Multi-Sliced scanner 64 or higher.
• Mammography experience on digital equipment.
• 2 yearsof MR experience in hospital or clinic.
