Job summary

Iron Mountain in Lees Summit, MO is seeking an entry-level Imaging Center Associate to support the conversion of paper records into digital images. You will sort, prep, and scan hard copy records, follow production procedures, and complete internal documentation to ensure accurate indexing.

You will print control sheets, adhere to Imaging Center guidelines, and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to high-quality records management for our customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to sort, prep, and scan records with attention to detail.
• Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation.
• Index data into multiple software applications.
• Print Document Control Sheets for all records.
• Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment.
