Job summary

Maui Health is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to support safe, reliable diagnostic imaging services. The role performs standard and non-standard repairs, preventive maintenance, and system installations in collaboration with clinical, vendor, and IT partners.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, documentation in CMMS, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards; on-call coverage may be required to support patient care and uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience in medical technology field service.
• Associates degree or vocational certificate in Electronic Service, or related field OR two (2) years experience in a directly related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital/clinical environment; may participate in on-call or after-hours coverage; comply with Maui Health policies including HIPAA training, immunizations, background checks.
