Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, Imager to join their Payloads team in California. The role involves owning the technical design of EO/IR imaging systems, from photon collection to data transfer. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in electro-optical design.

The position offers a base salary between $150,000 and $220,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits, supporting U.S. government regulations for technology export.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electro-optical system design.
• Hands-on expertise with visible, near-IR, and/or IR technologies.
• Strong understanding of electro-optical system performance modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of camera systems and focal plane assemblies.
• Own design of detector readout electronics and associated circuits.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for payload integration.
