Job summary

Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, North Carolina seeks an attentive Clinical Support Tech to assist the radiology team with patient transport and room preparation. You will move patients, assist with imaging procedures, and help maintain clean, ready imaging spaces.

Level I–II responsibilities include setting up rooms and equipment, transporting patients, and supporting technologists. A High School diploma and BLS are required or preferred as noted, with two levels of duties outlined.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, or prior experience in customer service or healthcare.
• BLS certification (Level I/II) is referenced in the eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities

• Assist with movement of patients to and from radiographic tables.
• Transport patients to and from hospital locations.
• Assist radiology staff with imaging procedures and patient prep.
• Set up imaging rooms and equipment for procedures.
• Enter patient data on radiographic studies into computer.
• Monitor inventory levels of requisite supplies and maintain equipment.
