Banner Staffing Services seeks energetic Registry/Per Diem staff to assist technologists and nurses in the Medical Imaging department, performing non-technical, patient- and procedure-related duties and providing essential clerical support. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; BLS certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks and operate standard office software.
• Preferred: experience in medical imaging support or related clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff; answer calls; schedule appointments; manage inquiries.
• Enter patient data into computer; scan documents into PACS; maintain patient records.
• Support digital patient records; distribute images and reports as needed.
• Verify demographics and insurance; collect copays/deductibles when required.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and billing packages; reconcile tickets.
• Assist in pre/post procedure prep; ensure supplies and sterile trays are ready.
• Maintain supplies and support workflow in the medical imaging department.
