Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to lead the radiology team in a busy acute hospital setting. The role focuses on scheduling, training, and maintaining high standards of patient imaging services across weekdays, with rotating weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, and BLS, with prior supervisory experience in radiology.

• Ensures staffing levels and daily operations align with patient needs.
• Maintains compliance with radiology policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work of imaging staff and coordinate daily staffing assignments.
• Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Support performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure quality and compliance with departmental policies and HIPAA.
