The Imaging Supervisor provides frontline leadership and daily operational oversight for Imaging Services. Working under the direction of the Manager of Imaging Services, this position coordinates staffing and workflow across modalities; supports safe, timely, high-quality patient care; reinforces employee accountability and communication; and helps ensure compliance with hospital policy, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and departmental procedures. The supervisor serves as the primary day‑to‑day resource for technologists, radiologists, physicians, nursing, surgery, scheduling, and other departments. The role provides clinical support within areas of competency and escalates strategic, financial, or significant safety matters to the Manager of Imaging Services.
