Responsibilities

Cleans, maintains, and stocks outpatient waiting rooms and procedure rooms.
Greet visitors at Imaging Services front desk with professional demeanor.
Check in patients and prepare them for exams with proper patient identification.
Identify physician orders and amend within the patient information system.
Answer telephones according to policy.
Digitize hard copy film into PACS for optimal image quality.
Scan documents into the clinical system as needed.
Obtain STAT/preliminary reports and relay according to policy.
Print CD/film images and retrieve prior studies as required.
Monitor inpatients and coordinate transport with Central Transport.
