Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a Supervisor Imaging Services to oversee day-to-day operations of imaging staff and ensure high-quality patient care aligns with physician orders and hospital policies.

The role requires strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with collaboration across technical, nursing, physicians and other disciplines to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited program in clinical imaging (eg Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, Nuclear Medicine).
• Certification in Imaging Specialty (eg ARDMS, ARRT, CNMT).
• State of Washington Radiology Tech License if relevant or within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in a clinical imaging domain.
• Experience and demonstrated supervisory or lead capacity; preferred as lead tech or imaging supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of technical and clerical staff within Imaging Services.
• Ensure availability and appropriate utilization of human and material resources; collaborate with nursing, physicians and other disciplines.
