Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a supervisor to manage daily imaging staff and oversee operations in Pembroke Pines, FL. You will help prepare the imaging capital budget, review payroll, and ensure equipment quality control and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with the care team and implementing safety initiatives are key aspects of the role. Candidates should possess an accredited imaging program and ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certifications, with MRIT/ARDMS preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited program in imaging, radiology, or diagnostic medical sonography is required.
• ARMRIT MRIT advanced registry is preferred.
• ARDMS, ARRT, NMTCB or equivalent certifications are required.
• BLS credentials from AHA are required.
• Some credentials may be updated or added per role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists with capital budget preparation under Imaging leadership guidance.

Summary

• Leads service recovery efforts regarding complex patient issues and complaints to facilitate resolution.

Additional Job Information

Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of technologist experience in modality of supervision.

Other Information: Additional Education Info: Accredited program in imaging, radiology, or diagnostic medical sonography.

One of the following is required: ARRT, ARDMS or RDCS or RVT or RVS or NMTCB or ARMRIT.

Only ARRT and NMTCB require a CRT license (Certified Radiologic Technologist).
