Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or Registry of Diagnostic Imaging accredited program.
• Florida State Licensure; Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Provider.
• Minimum of 3 years of lead/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct reports under imaging leadership and develop schedules for the team.
• Maintain productivity and patient flow to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee quality and ordering of supplies.
• The supervisor will perform procedures as needed and ensure workflow continuity.
• Proficient in Cerner, PACS, RIS, Connect Care IT systems.
• Recruitment of new team members, competencies, evaluations and professional development.
• Manage clinical quality assurance and safety programs in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in hospital committees, teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
