Job summary

Overlake in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Supervisor of Imaging Services. This key position is responsible for overseeing department staff and ensuring effective patient care activities in MRI & CT operations. The supervisor will be involved in budget management and will collaborate closely with departmental leadership to maintain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant AA degree, ARRT certification, and a minimum of three years of clinical experience, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years clinical experience required, five years preferred.
• Lead technologist and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Annual renewal of ARRT is required by Overlake Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for maintaining the organizational function of the Department.
• Supervises department staff and assists in budget development.
• Collaborates with managers and director(s) of reporting departments.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated leadership skills

Computer skills (Excel, Word, PACS, Meditech)

Education

AA from an accredited radiology program

Washington State license for Radiology

ARRT certification in modality to be supervised
