Job summary

Emerus is seeking an experienced Imaging Services Program Director to oversee diagnostic imaging operations across our small-format hospitals. You will lead planning, installation, and ongoing management, ensuring compliance with ARRT, AHRA, DNV, and state radiation controls while partnering with physicians, facility leaders and IT to implement RIS/PACS and related workflows.

With 5+ years in medical imaging and a supervisory background, you will coordinate standards, training, safety programs

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree in Radiological/Physical Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiological/Physical Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography, required.
• AHRA CRA certification, preferred.
• Current state licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Leads imaging operations planning, organizing and execution across Emerus markets.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Routinely rounds to evaluate effectiveness and resource utilization.
• Coordinates with IT to implement RIS/PACS and network configurations.
• Maintains standards of performance and personnel licensure.
• Participates in hospital committees and CQI activities.
