Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance's Radiology Administration at CHA Everett Hospital is seeking a part-time receptionist/registrar. The role covers reception, patient contact, order entry and report preparation in the Radiology department.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience with Epic and Meditech, and prior reception work. Weekend availability is required, with 24 hours per week and shifts that include Saturdays and Sundays.

The Radiology Department is committed to providing patients with the highest quality of care in an efficient and timely manner. The department will be as accessible and sensitive to patient's comfort, safety and dignity as possible within the scope of services.

Job Purpose: Performs reception and registration duties for all areas. Answers phones, contacts patients, enters/releases orders, prepares reports.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required. Works in both Epic and Meditech. Previous reception experience required, imaging support experience preferred.
