Job summary

Tri Imaging Solutions is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to support safe, reliable operation of diagnostic imaging systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and basic repairs under guidance from senior engineers, providing on-site and remote support across a defined territory.

Ideal candidates have a biomedical/engineering background and up to 2 years of field service experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment in healthcare settings.
• CBET, CRES, OEM certifications or military imaging training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and evaluate equipment issues.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote support within assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate service reports, QA records, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with operator training and equipment in-service education.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and company policies at all times.
