A leading healthcare solutions provider is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled and unscheduled service work. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, customer interaction, and efficient completion of administrative tasks. Suitable candidates should have an associate's degree in engineering and at least one year of field service experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Compensation ranges from $34.69 to $38.46 per hour, and travel up to 100% may be required.
Position Overview A Imaging Service Engineer I is responsible for performing scheduled service work on systems within a service area, and some unscheduled work in the service area with the assistance of technical support, as directed by the Area Service Manager.

This role typically works in usual medical/clinical environments, including sites under construction.
Position may require working in high magnetic fields up to 3 Tesla, which could affect implanted medical devices.
Standing/Walking: frequent, prolonged
Sitting: frequent, prolonged (including while driving or traveling)
Lifting/Carrying: 1-60 lbs depending on items (tools, equipment, components)
Pushing/Pulling: heavy equipment handling and patient tables; limited ranges
Bending, Reaching, Kneeling/Crawling/Crouching, Climbing, Balancing, Twisting: occasional to rare as described
Payhourly range of $34.69-$38.46
