Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks a contract scientist to support imaging-focused R&D programs in a 100% onsite role for 12 months, with potential extension. Responsibilities include maintaining cell cultures, performing image-based cellular assays, and applying quantitative image analysis. Strong collaboration with R&D teams across projects is essential.

The role requires hands-on experience with microscopy, high-content imaging, and data interpretation in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mammalian cell culture skills with sterile technique and troubleshooting.
• Experience in cell-based assay development and sample preparation, understanding how variables affect assay performance and data quality.
• Microscopy and quantitative image analysis experience with at least one image analysis platform or approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare cells and samples for imaging experiments.
• Develop, optimize, and execute image-based cellular assays including co-culture and cell-cell interaction assays.
• Perform fluorescence microscopy and automated imaging experiments.
• Support imaging studies across R&D from experimental design to image acquisition and analysis.
• Develop and apply quantitative image analysis workflows using Fiji/ImageJ, Imaris, CellProfiler, Harmony, or similar tools.
• Analyze, interpret, document, and communicate experimental results.
