US Tech Solutions seeks a contract scientist to join its R&D imaging team. You will support high-content imaging projects, culture mammalian cells, develop assays, and perform fluorescence microscopy with quantitative analysis.

Ideal candidates have hands-on culture skills, experience in image analysis, and comfort troubleshooting bench experiments. Training on Opera Phenix and workflows will be provided as needed.

Formación

• Hands-on mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays.
• Fluorescence microscopy and quantitative image analysis experience.
• Immunofluorescence staining or live-cell imaging experience.
• Experience with primary cells or co-culture systems is a plus.
• High-content imaging platforms like Opera Phenix are a plus but not required.
• Automation, robotics, or screening workflow familiarity is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare samples for imaging.
• Develop, optimize, and execute image-based cellular assays.
• Perform fluorescence microscopy and automated imaging experiments.
• Collaborate with R&D and assist experimental design and analysis.
• Develop quantitative image analysis workflows (Fiji/ImageJ, Imaris, etc.).
• Analyze, document, and communicate experimental results.
• Contribute to research on immune synapses and T-cell engagers.
• Operate and maintain Opera Phenix instrumentation and automation.
• Troubleshoot imaging and sample-prep issues with the team.
• Help train scientists on imaging and analysis tools.
• Work with imaging scientists and biologists across R&D.
• Learn and adopt new microscopy and automation technologies.
