Logan Health is looking for an Imaging Scheduler to join our Radiology team in Kalispell. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants a meaningful role in healthcare — without nights or weekends.
As an Imaging Scheduler, you’re often one of the first people helping a patient navigate the next step in their care. You’ll coordinate imaging appointments, answer questions, provide preparation information, and help make sure patients get scheduled for the services they need.

You’ll also gain valuable experience working within Radiology and become part of a team that plays an important role in diagnosing and caring for patients throughout our community.
Schedule and coordinate imaging appointments and procedures.
Help patients understand what to expect and how to prepare for their upcoming appointments.
Communicate with patients, providers, clinics, and members of the Radiology team.
Coordinate schedules and resources to help patients receive timely care.
Maintain accurate patient and scheduling information.
Manage multiple requests and priorities while providing excellent customer service.
Help problem-solve scheduling needs and keep the day running smoothly.
Work closely with your teammates to create a positive experience for every patient.
Enjoy helping people and providing great customer service.
Are organized and naturally pay attention to the details.
Can comfortably manage several priorities at once.
Communicate well over the phone and in person.

Previous experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, a medical office, patient access, customer service, or another fast-paced service environment may be a great foundation for this position.
Knowledge of medical terminology and strong computer skills are also helpful, and typing competency is highly preferred.
