Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking an administrative professional in the Imaging Department to coordinate patient appointments and procedures. You will input data into scheduling systems, handle calls and emails, and communicate with radiologists, technologists, and staff to ensure smooth scheduling and high-quality patient care.

• Confirm appointments with patients and provide necessary preparation instructions.
• Answer phone calls and emails from patients and healthcare providers regarding scheduling inquiries.
• Input patient information and appointment details accurately into scheduling system.
• Follow up with patients to reschedule missed appointments or make changes as needed.
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and other staff members to ensure smooth scheduling process.
• Verify insurance coverage when required for procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of diagnostic imaging studies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position is $20.46-$32.84 Hourly however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Work Schedule for this Position:

Four 10-hour week day shifts, typically 8am - 6:30pm or similar. Specific days can be discussed.
