Job summary

Baptist Health's Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Imaging team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity located in downtown Jacksonville.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, coordinating with ancillary staff, preparing rooms, assisting Interventional Radiologists, and involving patients and families in care planning. BLS certification and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services.
• Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care.
• Coordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case.
• Assisting the Interventional Radiologists
• Call required
