Job summary

Dignity Health – Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC), now part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks an Imaging Professional to perform advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures. You will support physicians, monitor patients, and operate sophisticated equipment for real-time guidance and accurate diagnosis.

Key duties include greeting patients, collecting demographics and insurance, and ensuring physician orders are present.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED.
• Experience in a clerical setting.
• Willing to commit to traveling between two campuses.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with friendly attitude when arriving in person or when speaking on the telephone.
• Collects complete and accurate patient demographics and guarantor information.
• Collects complete and accurate insurance information.
• Maintains an accuracy rate of no less than 90%.
• Prepares admitting packet and obtains all necessary signatures.
• Answers incoming telephone calls and takes appropriate messages.
• Ensures that all patients have a physician order for their examination.

Every day, you will expertly execute diverse specialized imaging procedures, assisting physicians, meticulously monitoring patients, and precisely operating sophisticated equipment for critical real-time guidance and accurate diagnosis.

To be successful in this role, you will need a steadfast commitment to patient safety advocacy is crucial. Ensuring patient safety is of utmost importance.

• Greets all patients with friendly attitude when arriving in person or when speaking on the telephone.
• Collects complete and accurate patient demographics and guarantor information.
• Collects complete and accurate insurance information.
• Maintains an accuracy rate of no less than 90%.
• Prepares admitting packet and obtains all necessary signatures.
• Answers incoming telephone calls and takes appropriate messages.
• Ensures that all patients have a physician order for their examination.
• No Holidays No Weekends (Occasional Saturdays)
