Job summary

Bronson LakeView Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time, 40-hour work week with rotating shifts. You will perform radiographic exams, position patients, and assist physicians to support accurate diagnoses.

The role requires ARRT certification or registry eligibility, a hospital-based program or associate degree, and BLS within 6 months, along with strong patient service and teamwork in a busy imaging department.

Qualifications

• Must have a hospital-based radiology program certificate or an Associate’s degree.
• ARRT registration is required or registry-eligible with licensure within 6 months.
• BLS certification must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Strong customer service orientation and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations to assist diagnosis.
• Position patients and adjust immobilization devices as needed.
• Operate radiographic equipment and ensure safety and quality.
• Assist radiologists with procedures and document findings.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment, report malfunctions.
• Provide first aid when required and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Train student technologists as assigned.
• Rotational work across imaging areas.
