Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist to join our Reading, PA center. You will perform routine x-ray exams and support in multiple clinical and front-office tasks to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You will deliver safe, accurate imaging, assist providers, and maintain equipment while upholding Concentra policies and HIPAA requirements. This role supports DOT and non-DOT testing and contributes to a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with state certification.
• Registered ARRT with active certification and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and explain procedures; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Operate radiologic equipment to obtain diagnostic images; adjust exposure settings per exam.
• Maintain radiology equipment and perform QA/QC; report malfunctions promptly.
• Complete required documentation and ensure EMR accuracy across radiology workflows.
• Perform front office duties and support patient flow; adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
