This on-site role collaborates with Radiology, Clinical departments, and Information Services to ensure reliable access to patient imaging and related information. The position requires 3-5 years in IT or medical imaging and PACS experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Information Technology or Medical Imaging.
• PACS or related technology experience.
• Knowledge of Medical Imaging workflow.
• Ability to train others in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support PACS and imaging-related systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot PACS workflow issues.
• Support integration between PACS, imaging modalities, EHR, and clinical systems.
• Manage user access, configurations, workflows, and security.
• Collaborate with Radiology, Imaging, Clinical departments, and IS to resolve issues.
• Coordinate system upgrades, implementations, testing, and enhancements.
