Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking a Breast Center Admin to support the Imaging Navigator within the Breast Center network on a part-time, first shift basis. This role focuses on coordinating imaging services and improving patient flow across the center.

The Imaging Navigator aims to educate patients, communicate results promptly, track follow-up care, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, all while advancing safety and access in alignment with Kettering Health's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical, radiology, or patient care setting.
• If performing radiologic procedures, must obtain Ohio licensure (e.g., General X-ray Machine Operator) in accordance with state law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate imaging services for patients and care teams.
• Facilitate timely communication of imaging results.
• Ensure seamless navigation through the imaging process to enhance access, safety and satisfaction.
• Provide patient education, track follow-up care, and support regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Imaging Navigator supports patients and care teams by coordinating imaging services, facilitating timely communication of results, and ensuring seamless navigation through the imaging process. This role enhances patient access, safety, and satisfaction by providing education, tracking follow-up care, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications
