Charge Radiology Technologist leads daily imaging operations while performing diagnostic radiographic exams for adult and pediatric patients. You will prepare patients, operate equipment, and coordinate workflow across the team.

You will mentor students and new staff, serve as a clinical resource, and collaborate with leadership to ensure quality imaging services across departments. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are required.

• Strong competence in diagnostic radiography for diverse patient populations.
• Ability to lead imaging operations and manage workflow.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and technology.
• Excellent patient communication and procedural explanation.
• Collaborative, mentoring-oriented approach with staff and trainees.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients and imaging equipment; explain procedures to patients
• Perform general and portable radiographic imaging
• Coordinate daily workflow, assignments, and staff coverage
• Troubleshoot basic imaging equipment and IT issues
• Serve as a clinical resource for other technologists
• Act as a liaison with leadership
• Train and mentor students and new team members
