• Define acceptance criteria to ensure solution/design meets business requirements.
• Forecast and plan work using Agile; monitor deliverables and manage scope and dependencies.
• Train end-users and maintain up-to-date documentation on system procedures.
• Define essential elements of product and solution roadmaps.
