Job summary

Insight Global is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire an Imaging Informatics Specialist who will bridge Radiology Operations, Clinical Staff, and IT teams. This role focuses on imaging system implementations, workflow optimization, user adoption, training, testing, and ongoing support across multiple imaging departments, with travel to South Florida facilities as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years in Radiology, Imaging Operations, or Imaging Informatics.
Strong understanding of radiology workflows and imaging department operations.
Experience supporting implementations, upgrades, or workflow optimization projects.

Responsibilities

Support imaging system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
Partner with Radiology leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, PACS teams, and IT.
Provide end-user training, at-the-elbow support, and workflow guidance.
Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and adoption efforts.
Help improve imaging workflows and operational efficiency across multiple facilities.
Serve as a trusted resource for imaging technology and clinical workflow best practices.
