Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to lead training, workflow configuration, and customer support for our imaging solutions. You will work with an Implementation Project Manager and Clinical Applications Specialist to guide sites through deployments and prepare customers for go-live.

The role involves scheduling, ensuring readiness for training, and maintaining documentation while expanding clinical and technical skills across NM, PET, and multimodality imaging, serving

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; applicable experience may substitute.
  • 5+ years medical imaging experience in nuclear medicine.
  • ARRT or equivalent certification specific to NM or PET modality preferred.
  • Minimal travel within USCAN (up to 10%).
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling and documenting requirements.
  • Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build customer relationships.
  • Proficient use of Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and ability to learn specialized software.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to solution implementation by analyzing workflows and configuring clinical software.
  • Prepare customers for training by conducting dry runs and leading remote pre-training.
  • Assist with updating training schedules and ensuring resources are available.
  • Continuously broaden clinical and technical skills to execute a solid training strategy.
  • Maintain documentation throughout pre- to post-training phases.
  • Guide customer through clinical decisions during implementation, including configurations and workflow approvals.
