Job summary

GE HealthCare is hiring a Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver clinical, technical, and operational expertise for the NM imaging modality. You will design and deliver training solutions, assess learning needs, and support customers with on-site or remote education throughout the product lifecycle.

You will travel extensively (90%+), conduct education sessions, and collaborate with sales, project management, and service teams to maximize Net Promoter Scores and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of imaging experience with Nuclear Medicine modality
  • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the assigned territory of Illinois
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory (and nationally as business needs require)
  • ARRT or equivalent NM modality certification
  • Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment
  • Travel 90%+ (4-5 days per week incl. overnights/weekends) within US/Canada
  • Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related tools
  • Able to learn specialized industry software for digital education/training
  • Register with vendor credentialing services and provide immunization/ drug screening
  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years experience in related function

Responsibilities

  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within the NM modality
  • Correlates theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information for clinicians to optimize performance
  • Provide pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions in partnership with customers
  • Coordinate training with sales, project management and service teams per SOA/terms
  • Drive revenue through on-site or remote clinical education delivery and complete documentation
  • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support over the product lifecycle
  • Maintain customer relationships and communicate issues/opportunities to management and teams
  • Work with internal/external partners to plan and deliver training
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and apply strategy
  • Understand how team work integrates with other teams and contributes to goals
  • Use judgment and propose solutions with guidance; leverage prior experience for tasks
  • Act as an individual contributor or early people leader, guiding new members
