Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years servicing Ultrasound, CT, MR, Nuclear, and/or X-Ray/Vascular.
• In-depth knowledge of two or more products within a modality.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and active motor vehicle license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and phone support to FSE and TSS for installation, application and technical issues.
• Provide second-level support in escalated issues. Escalate to National Technical Support per protocol.
• Participate in Technical Operations’ modality conference calls and ensure regional FSEs are informed of latest information.
• Review Field Service Memos and SIS documentation to ensure understanding by region FSEs.
• Assist in installation of new products within the region.
• Support Beta testing of FMI’s and monitor completion within the region.
• Work with NTS to prepare Veterans Administration sites for inspection on-site.
