Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Field Installation Project Manager to serve as the primary customer contact during pre-installation and installation of digital mammography imaging products.

You will coordinate site planning, equipment delivery, and scheduling to ensure a smooth, well-communicated experience for clients and internal teams. The role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory (minimum 30%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole customer contact during pre-install and installation phases.
• Set up and participate in calls to support a seamless installation experience.
• Review site-planning information with the customer for accuracy and approval.
• Coordinate with FE to obtain site information and prepare for installation.
• Notify Sales and Service Manager when site plans are complete; coordinate walkthroughs.
• Confirm customer applications for all product lines and maintain scheduling system.
• Analyze scheduling options and present alternatives balancing customer needs and company interests.
• Coordinate IT requirements with customer and IT resources at delivery.
• Validate ship dates and site readiness; communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Provide weekly reports and schedules to stakeholders.
• Oversee installations and engage resources if delays arise.
