Job summary

Block Imaging Parts & Service is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate tracking, receiving, and documentation of medical imaging equipment. The role coordinates movement and storage, working with logistics, purchasing, engineering, and sales to keep operations efficient and on schedule.

The position requires attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to drive and operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related).
• Experience with inventory systems and equipment tracking is expected.

Responsibilities

• Track, receive, and document all incoming and outgoing medical imaging equipment to maintain precise inventory records.
• Coordinate equipment movement, storage, and organization for testing or shipment.
• Partner with logistics, purchasing, engineering, and sales to support workflows and timely deliveries.
• Inspect equipment for condition and compliance before updating inventory systems.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes to improve accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and follow safety procedures; drive as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
