Job summary

Block Imaging is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional service in our Parts Sales team. You will accurately identify customer needs, coordinate order fulfillment, and build lasting relationships with healthcare imaging customers.

In this role you will handle communications, manage part requests, create quotes, and negotiate pricing with suppliers while collaborating with teammates to ensure timely, accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, logistics, or parts-related field preferred.
• Strong accuracy and timeliness in fast-paced environments.

Essential Job Duties:

• Handle customer communication, follow-up, and sales transactions for medical imaging parts.
• Receive and manage incoming parts requests, locating parts from inventory or suppliers.

• Build customer relationships through proactive follow-up and problem-solving.
• Collaborate professionally with the team and support additional duties as needed.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, order processing, or sales support role, preferably in a technical, logistics, or parts-related industry.
• Experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment, managing requests, and resolving issues with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Education (or equivalent experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, General Business, or Management preferred.
