Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking an imaging equipment service professional to keep diagnostic devices online and patients on track. You will diagnose, repair, calibrate, and validate imaging systems from X-ray to ultrasound, and drive uptime through proactive inspections and maintenance.

We expect an electronics/technical background and hands-on imaging experience, with the ability to translate complex tech for clinicians while maintaining precise documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or technical field or equivalent military training is required.
• 6+ months hands-on imaging equipment service experience is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, calibrate and validate imaging systems from X-ray to ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Restore uptime fast by diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and validating imaging systems.
• Own performance through inspections, maintenance, and operational verification.
• Protect safety by partnering with physicists and teams to meet regulatory standards.
• Be the expert by guiding vendors, support teams, and clinicians with clear technical insight.
