Job summary

Trimedx is seeking an experienced imaging equipment service engineer to own the diagnostic path for MRI, CT, and Cath Lab systems. You will lead vendors, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance at the site. Strong electronics background and willingness to travel are required.

You will join a team that values hands-on expertise, documentation, and continuous improvement to deliver high uptime for complex medical imaging equipment across the hospital network.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years servicing complex imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Cath Lab, or similar).
  • Associate’s degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s in engineering technology preferred; strong diagnostics skills and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own the critical path—diagnose and restore high-end imaging systems with speed and precision.
  • Lead the work—direct vendors, guide teams, and set the standard for technical excellence.
  • Safeguard compliance—align with physicists and regulations to ensure every scan is safe and accurate.

What You Need
  • 5+ years servicing complex imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Cath Lab, or similar) — required
  • Associate’s degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required; waived with TRIMEDX certification or similar)
  • Bachelor’s in engineering technology (preferred)
  • Strong computer diagnostics, networking basics, and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
