Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator to lead unit-based clinical learning and training for imaging residents across CT, MRI, ultrasound, and related modalities. The coordinator will collaborate with the Manager of Imaging Clinical Education to recruit, train, and coach residents while ensuring adherence to established education guidelines.

Responsibilities include directing education-related work within Imaging Services, monitoring activities, and routinely reporting

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Nuclear Medicine program required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver unit-based clinical learning and training of imaging residents in their modality
• Direct, coordinate, and oversee education-related work within Imaging Services
• Recruit, train, and coach imaging residents in partnership with the Manager of Imaging Clinical Education
• Monitor and report on unit-based activities and effectiveness
• Directly report to the Manager of Clinical Education - Imaging
