Job summary

Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology, hold a current KBMIRT license, and obtain ARRT RT(R) within 1 year of hire; BLS must be obtained within 30 days if not current.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• KBMIRT license required.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (RT(R)) within 1 year of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams per physician orders and established protocols.
• Verify patient identity, history, and exam information while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Apply ALARA principles to protect patients and staff during imaging procedures.
• Produce and manage diagnostic images and archive them in PACS/EHR.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient patient flow.
