Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to optimize throughput and ensure quality.
• Lead training and competency programs for staff.
• Ensure readiness for ARRT, ACR, and Joint Commission inspections.
• Uphold ALARA principles and radiation safety best practices.
• Oversee budget stewardship and supply management.
• Coordinate with Emergency, OR, and inpatient units for seamless care.
