Job summary

Gottlieb Memorial Hospital is seeking a Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to lead a multi-modality imaging department. You will direct daily operations, drive improvements, and partner with physicians, technologists, and hospital leadership to optimize workflows and patient care.

The role requires strategic oversight of finances, staffing, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement across Imaging services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training; additional advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in imaging leadership or management.
• Travel to offsite locations as department needs require.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Oversee clinical student technologist rotations within the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the imaging department across modalities.
• Oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure quality patient care.
• Manage departmental financial and human resources, collaborating with physicians and leadership.
• Balance day-to-day needs with long-term goals, ensuring safety and service excellence.
