Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an Imaging Center assistant to support procedures, transport patients, and monitor during imaging. You will greet patients, coordinate with nursing and radiology staff, and ensure safety and accurate documentation throughout the imaging process.

This role requires AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals and a HS diploma or equivalent. Shift requirements include eight-hour blocks with weekend work as needed, under SEIU-UHW CBA terms.

Qualifications

• AHA BLS Healthcare is required.
• Supportive patient care experience preferred with imaging center exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with imaging center procedures including patient transport and monitoring.
• Operate imaging workflow and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Document and communicate patient status to nursing and imaging staff.
• Perform general clerical duties and manage film/digital images.
• Provide teamwork and time management to maintain department efficiency.
