Heartland Imaging offers a full-time Patient Coordinator/Front Desk Registration role at our outpatient imaging center in Elizabethtown, KY. You will greet patients, register them for services, and coordinate appointments while supporting the center’s operations.

The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with mid and evening shifts, plus every 3rd Saturday. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to greet and assist patients professionally
• Experience with patient registration and scheduling processes
• Familiarity with medical record handling and privacy practices

• Handles phone inquiries and directs calls appropriately
