Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, GA is seeking an Imaging support professional to work within the Imaging department. The role includes managing patient flow, performing screenings, and assisting during procedures, including remote cardiac monitoring for MRI patients off the nursing unit.

Ideal candidates hold Paramedic or LPN credentials or are in 2nd year of Radiologic Technology, with recent cardiac monitoring experience and BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

This position provides advanced technical, clinical and clerical support within the Imaging department. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, conducting patient screening, assisting patients during procedures, maintaining supplies, and supporting technologists as needed. This role also includes remote cardiac monitoring for patients undergoing MRI when they are off nursing units.

Qualifications:

Education

• Paramedic - High school diploma/GED and a graduate of an accredited paramedic program. Required or
• LPN - High school diploma or GED plus completion of an accredited LPN program. Required or
• 2nd Year Rad Tech - High school diploma or GED Required

Work Experience

• Prior experience as a paramedic or LPN Preferred
• Recent experience in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation Required

Licenses and Certifications
