What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced technical support for digital imaging information systems and technologies with minimal oversight
- Participate in requirements assessment, planning, scheduling, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Develop training programs for end-users and conduct structured training sessions
- Monitor system resource utilization and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Assist in the development and evolution of imaging department policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in computer sciences, medical imaging, or equivalent experience in a healthcare technical support role
- Considerable understanding of digital imaging information systems and technologies used in hospital operations
- Proven track record of excellent customer service skills in a technical support role
- In-depth knowledge of computer networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate technical and operational risks to system performance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) by the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII)
- Experience with various imaging modalities and their integration within hospital operations
- Familiarity with the installation and support of PC operating systems and client applications
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with medical professionals and vendors
- Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
