Job summary

FNF Imaging is seeking an Imaging Analyst in Maitland, FL to ensure our client-facing imaging assets are current. You will review, ingest, and convert external image sources into a standardized repository and format, and monitor updates for currency.

You will analyze reports to identify gaps, troubleshoot root causes, own end-to-end remediation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver assets promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems or related field
  • Beginner SQL skills
  • Beginner Regular Expression Skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Desire to learn and drive efficiencies in existing processes
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum of 1 year analyst experience or similar role

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze and make recommendations to convert various external image sources for ingestion into a standardized repository and format.
  • Manage the ingestion of current updates to the images from the external sources including updates to formats received and improvements to the ingestion processing.
  • Review and analysis of reports and insights to confirm currency or identify gaps that need remediated.
  • Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
  • Owns the remediation of problems end to end ensuring timely resolution for customers
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to receive and delivery imaging assets in a timely manner.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Fully takes ownership of process and acts as an SME (subject matter expert).
