Job summary

WonderWorks in Tennessee is seeking part-time, seasonal Attractions Attendants to join our team. You will interact with guests and invite them to enjoy exciting exhibits like Bed of Nails, Wonder Coaster, and Astronaut Training Gyroscope, ensuring a WONDERful guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, enforcing safety rules, operating all exhibits safely, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions required.
• Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and engage with guests in the assigned area while answering questions and providing information as appropriate with a positive attitude
• Ensure each guest understands and meets all safety requirements, i.e. height and weight requirements
• Operate all exhibits in a safe manner
• Prolong periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking to various areas of the attraction
• Maintain exhibit appearance and cleanliness according to WonderWorks standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
