Job summary

WonderWorks Panama City Beach is seeking Ride Attendants to engage guests and invite them to enjoy attractions like Bed of Nails, Wonder Coaster, and Astronaut Training Gyroscope. Attendants ensure safety and provide a WONDERful guest experience in a dynamic indoor amusement setting.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, verifying safety requirements, operating exhibits, maintaining cleanliness, and performing other duties as needed. Experience in themed entertainment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ideal candidate can work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred.

WonderWorks Panama City Beach is looking for Ride Attendants to join our team! Our Ride Attendants positively interact with our guests and help spark their imagination by inviting them to enjoy exciting attractions such as our Bed of Nails, Wonder Coaster, and Astronaut Training Gyroscope. Ride Attendants safely operate our thrilling rides while ensuring guests have a WONDERful experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and engage with guests in the assigned area while answering questions and providing information as appropriate with a positive attitude.
• Ensure each guest understands and meets all safety requirements, i.e. height and weight requirements.
• Operate all exhibits safely.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking to various areas of the attraction.
• Maintain exhibit appearance and cleanliness according to WonderWorks standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
